The One2Tri Racing Team would not be nearly as successful in just its first year of existence if it wasn't for its partnership with Tannery Brook Partners.  


Many people have wondered who Tannery Brook is, what they do, and how Tannery Brook and the One2Tri Racing Team joined forces - so here's the skinny.  


To start, Tannery Brook Partners is a boutique investment bank offering advisory services to clients in the commercial and corporate real estate sectors.  The firm specializes in providing integrated and comprehensive solutions to those trying to navigate the dislocation in the real estate financial markets.

Tannery Brook is led by  Bill Green, Chuck Wolter, Brett Smith, Bill Cohane and Chris Troutman.  These guys have more than 95 years of combined real estate experience and have been working and investing together for almost 15 years.  Together, they built one of the most prominent real estate platforms in the world while working at Wachovia Securities and its predecessors.  Starting with only 25 employees, by 2004, the Partners had created one of the leading real estate platforms in the world at Wachovia, with over 500 employees!  During their tenure, the combined commercial real estate debt and equity transactions totaled $182Bn!

All of the partners at Tannery Brook have led, and continue to lead, very active lives and are  parents of children ranging from elementary school to high school/college age.  They understand the importance of physical fitness and maximizing an athletes potential.
