Tom Patch, Michael Beacham, Greg Shore and Keith Mrocheck rocked the Charlotte Running Company Trail Race - put on by our amazing Sponsor- at the US National White Water Center in Charlotte.
Greg ran the 4-miler and took a 1st place age group win (M 20-24) with a time of 27:18!
Congrats to Michael for a top 25 overall place in the 9-mile race with an impressive trail-run time of 1:20:45!
Tom ran the 13-miler and also came home with a 1st place age group win (M 50-54) in an impressive 1:55:20!
A special congrats to Keith who ran the 9-miler in 1:01:24 and took home a 1st place OVERALL victory! Now that's some fast trail running!
Coach Nicole snuck in a cool 4th place female in the Calhoun's Ten-Miler with a 1:14:27 in the home of her Alma Mater, Knoxville, TN! Not bad for a "training run"!
